Refining My Logo - 9/26

 

REFLECTION : 

The design that got the most votes during the peer review of the electronic roughs was the name brand called "Dynamic Visuals" and I feel that I do find the name that it resonates with me. The word "Dynamic" means lots of change and progression and I feel as any artist, I can visibly see the change in my artistic preferences, styles and how I've been able to open myself up to different aesthetics as well as opinions. I feel I have an ego since most of the work that I've produced has been extremely clean and neat and I understand that I do my work in a certain professional format which allows for aesthetically pleasing designs but I never really felt I would incorporate myself in the designs. I like the more playful, futuristic designs and I like to be add clever twists to my designs. Overall, this brand name was fun to try and connect the logo with the design. I added more graphic fonts such as the last three to avoid doing the designs by free hand because with my final logo, I would much rather go with a font that can be uploaded anywhere and processed by any program. I also found I really liked the big capital letters with the smaller sized capital letters on the bottom. It's a classic format but overall it was a process in following what I felt could showcase my personality.
